The 2GIG Encrypted Outdoor Wireless Contact Sensor is purpose-built to expand security coverage beyond the home. With support for wide gap applications of up to two inches, it is well suited for gates, pool enclosures, and detached garages. Rated IP56 for water and dust resistance, it performs reliably in harsh outdoor conditions ranging from -40 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The sensor offers two distinct zones, using an internal reed switch and compatibility with external Normally Closed devices for added flexibility. With encrypted communication, tamper protection, and a projected five-year battery life, the 2GIG Encrypted Outdoor Wireless Contact Sensor delivers secure and lasting outdoor monitoring.
